As an eco-friendly hotel in Milan, we are a reference point in the Milanese hotellerie environment for what concerns eco-sustainability, being in fact the first zero emissions hotel in the city.
Hotel Milano Scala is DCA Certified Sustainable on june 2023, an international and accredited Certification with focus to ESG criteria.
In 2024 we have supported with enthusiasm Municipality of Milan by donating for reforest green area in order to replace fallen trees during the tropical storm in July 2023, partecipating in “Milano per gli Alberi”
The use of renewable energies against the CO2 emissions and the attention to waste, the courtesy line dedicated to 99% biodegradable products, the use of electric cars, are only some of our eco-friendly features.
The vegetable garden with view over the district of Brera and the Dome’s spires is the corner of nature representing the green philosophy of Hotel Milano Scala, producing herbs, fruits and seasonal vegetables for our Healthy & Green restaurant.
