Dinner

For dinner the menu à la carte, with Green & Glocal proposals, mixes seasonal ingredients in fresh and immediate combinations that enhance the taste, respecting their essence, color, taste and texture.

Thanks to the cultivation of our garden and the cooperation with Ticino Park small producers who have made choices of organic and environmentally sustainable farming, we offer our guests ingredients that have been run the fewest possible number of kilometers from the production area to our table, for maximum freshness and authenticity of local ingredients.
